Fun Modern Cottage along the Niantic River.  The cottage features a myriad of both interior and exterior materials that come together in both form and function.  The interior maximizes the space with a series of built-in cabinets while still providing a light airy feel and wonderful views of the river with direct access to a dock.  There is also a basement under the garage!  The 4-story building is easily manageable due to it’s full size elevator.
